Quick Start
Overview
Dashboard Agent integrates data across dashboards and performs linked analysis to help Data Consumers gain deeper insight into business questions. It can also generate standardized professional reports to improve decision-making efficiency.
Prerequisites
Users must have both of the following permissions before they can open the Insight Agent page and ask questions:

Read permission for Dashboard Agent

Reader permission for the target agent
These permissions control whether users can open and use Dashboard Agent. If the agent's data scope includes pages that the current user cannot access, the user can still ask questions, but the data available for analysis is limited by their page permissions.
Procedure

Log in to Guandata BI and go to Data Agent > Insight Agent > Dashboard Agent.

Select the agent to use from the list on the right. You can search for an agent and hover over it to view its description.

Enter a question in the dialog box and click Send. The agent recognizes the intent, automatically plans an analysis path, integrates and analyzes data across dashboards, and generates a comprehensive answer.
NoteIf Analysis Experts have been configured for the current agent, the system automatically matches and invokes an appropriate specialist based on the question. You can also manually select a specific specialist before asking the question.

Review the comprehensive answer generated by the agent.

Text response: Referenced Visualization Cards appear as superscripts. Select a superscript to view the corresponding Card details, or select Copy Text to copy the response with its formatting.

Report response: If the system invokes an Analysis Expert with Report Mode enabled, it generates an analysis report that can be emailed, exported, and edited.

To explore the conclusion further, enter another question and click Send. For every follow-up question, the system automatically matches an Analysis Expert; you can also select or switch specialists manually.
