Configuring Business Knowledge helps the agent understand industry terms and business rules, improving the professionalism and accuracy of insight answers.

Go to the Insight Agent details page and click the Business Knowledge tab to view and edit Business Knowledge.

When configuring Business Knowledge, carefully refine it and enter the relevant business knowledge that the agent should use for deep insights, such as industry term explanations, Metric Definitions, and business rule descriptions. The more accurate this background knowledge is, the better the agent's final answers fit the scenario.

  1. Click Edit in the upper-right corner to enter Business Knowledge edit mode.
  2. In the Business Knowledge text box, enter the relevant business knowledge that the agent should use for deep insights. The more accurate the background knowledge is, the better the agent's final answers fit the scenario.
  3. After completing the content, click OK to save the configuration. Business Knowledge takes effect after it is saved successfully.
