This article introduces the usage process of ChatBI to help you quickly understand and use ChatBI.

  • Step 1: Select appropriate datasets as input for the large model. For details, see Data Preparation.
  • Step 2: Configure ChatBI access permissions in the BI management backend. For details, see Permission Configuration.
  • Step 3: Build topics in the ChatBI operations management backend, including basic information configuration, associated datasets, and adding knowledge base (optional). For details, see Topic Creation.
  • Step 4: After creating topics and building the knowledge base, test the topics. For details, see Topic Testing.
  • Step 5: When the backend test accuracy reaches 90%, click the "Enable" button to launch the topic. Business users can see all enabled topics with permissions in the frontend data query interface.
  • Step 6: Perform frontend data queries on launched topics. For details, see ChatBI Frontend Operation Guide.
  • Step 7: Track usage of frontend data queries. If query results are unsatisfactory, locate the cause through operation logs, add/modify knowledge base after finding the cause, and perform queries again. For details, see Usage Tracking.
