Product Behavior Changes
Intelligent Insight Subscription Alert Supports Page Visitor Configuration
Page visitors can also create intelligent insight subscriptions and alerts. The subscription scope of intelligent insight reports is no longer limited to page owners.
Before upgrade: Only page owners can create intelligent insight subscriptions and alerts.
After upgrade: Both page visitors and page owners can create intelligent insight subscriptions and alerts. Creators also need to have relevant functional permissions for subscription plans or alert centers, and can enter the creation page through the "More" button in the top right corner of the page, subscription plan, or alert center. Excel Export Add Watermark
After the system enables watermarks, the scope of watermarks is extended from pages and PDFs to Excel files, making it convenient to trace the usage and dissemination of exported data.
Before upgrade: Watermarks were mainly used for page viewing and PDF export. Excel files did not have watermarks.
After upgrade: After the system enables watermarks, Excel files exported from functions such as cards, pages, datasets, and metrics will have watermarks added. Excel attachments in subscriptions will also apply watermark configurations. CSV files will not have watermarks.
Impact description:
- The watermark content follows the configuration in "Management Center > System Settings > Security Settings > Watermark". For details: [Watermark Settings](../../../14-Management Center/5-System Settings/2-Security Settings.md#watermark-settings).
- Historical files in the export center retain the watermark state at the time the file was generated. Modifying the watermark switch will not change already generated files.
More Update Setting Entry Default State Adjustment
The super admin backend (system-backend) adds a switch for controlling whether to display the "more update setting" entry (moreupdatesetting). This entry can be used to configure higher data update frequencies.
The super admin backend is an advanced management backend for system operations personnel, not the "Management Center" in Guandata BI.
Before upgrade: There was no independent switch in the super admin backend for controlling this entry.
After upgrade: The super admin backend adds an independent switch to control this entry.
- For environments that have used the "more update setting" before the upgrade, the switch is enabled by default, and the original configuration and usage remain unchanged.
- For environments that have not used this feature, the switch is disabled by default.
Impact description: This change will not close already used configurations. If you need to use a higher data update frequency, please contact the system operations personnel with super admin backend permissions to enable the corresponding switch.
