Auto Refresh
1. Overview
1.1. Function Description
Guandata BI's data dashboards and large screens support auto refresh. Users need to manually turn it on when opening the page. After turning it on, data in the data dashboard automatically updates at certain time intervals, ensuring users always view the latest data without worrying about outdated data or needing to frequently manually refresh pages.

1.2. Application Scenarios
The auto refresh function can help enterprises achieve real-time data monitoring and decision support in various business fields, improving business response speed and management efficiency. For example, in sales scenarios during the 618 promotion period, the operations team can turn on "Auto Refresh" to monitor sales data and trends in real time, without repeatedly clicking the page data refresh button, improving the usability and efficiency of data analysis and decision-making.
2. Usage Guide
2.1. Turn On Auto Refresh
In dashboard or data large screen pages, click "More" in the upper right corner operation area, turn on "Auto Refresh". After turning it on, the system will automatically refresh the page at regular intervals to get the latest data.
Note:
"Auto Refresh" makes data viewing convenient, but frequent auto refresh will consume network bandwidth and system performance, especially in cases of large datasets and relatively complex calculations, which may affect users' normal data viewing experience, commonly seen as slow page loading, lagging, etc. In this case, it is recommended to turn off the "Auto Refresh" switch.

2.2. Customize Refresh Frequency
Dashboard page refresh frequency can be configured in "Administrator Settings - System Management - Real-time Settings".

Note:
1. In real-time state, the dashboard real-time refresh frequency is consistent with the default cache validity period of direct connection datasets. Minimum 1 minute.
2. Data large screen real-time refresh frequency minimum 1 second.
