Guandata BI is a modern BI platform built for enterprise digital operations and designed to make data truly usable for the business. It is also a one-stop modern BI solution composed of a product matrix built for hybrid analytics needs.

To help users in different roles get started with Guandata BI quickly, we group users into the following three categories based on real-world work scenarios:

BI Administrator: Responsible for overall BI platform operations, governance, user permission management, system security configuration, resource monitoring, and system integration. This role is typically held by data team leads, IT operations staff, or related managers.

Data Analyst: Uses prepared data to conduct business analysis, create visual reports, and uncover insights through self-service analytics to support business decisions. This role is typically held by business analysts, operations analysts, financial analysts, and similar users.

Data Development Engineer: Responsible for data integration, ETL development, data modeling, and data quality management, helping build the foundational enterprise data asset layer. This role is typically held by data engineers, ETL developers, BI developers, and similar users with data development capabilities.
