Multilingual

1. Multilingual Overview

Supports system language, multilingual display of card titles, field names, and data content in dashboards, and configuration of various languages such as Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, etc.

Note:

  • Minor languages are value-added modules. For trial, contact Guandata business or your customer success manager (usually your current service contact).
  • Chinese/English switching is free.

2. System Multilingual

  1. On the "Management Center > System Settings > Multilingual Configuration > System Multilingual" page, enable the languages you want to switch.

  2. Click the avatar in the upper right corner, select "Account Settings", and switch the language.

  3. View the page to see the system page switched to the corresponding language.

3. Dashboard Multilingual

Dashboard content (titles, field names, string-type data content, etc.) can be switched to multiple languages by configuring key-value pairs in the management center.

For dashboard titles, field names, and string-type data content, the system matches the configured key and replaces it with the corresponding translation text according to the user's current system language setting.

  1. On the "Management Center > System Settings > Multilingual Configuration" page, click Add, and in the "New Multilingual Configuration" dialog, customize the Key and corresponding translations for each language.

    • Key: Can be card titles, field names, etc. in dashboards. The system matches by Key.
    • Simplified Chinese/English/Japanese/Traditional Chinese...: Configure translations for each language.

  2. Click the avatar in the upper right corner, select "Account Settings", and switch the language.

  3. View the dashboard to see the matched Key switched to the corresponding language.

Also supports specifying the default language for new users in the backend configuration file (environment level).
