Tips for Using Carousel Lists

Requirement Background

When configuring conditional formatting, metric colors can currently be set mostly through rules. After a single metric color is configured, the information that needs attention may still not stand out clearly enough.

Table-style components in conditional formatting support background color settings. Therefore, carousel lists can be used to create prominent alert displays.

Through this guide, you will learn how to handle the following issue:

Implementation

1. Create a carousel list, or copy an existing KPI card and switch it to a carousel list. Configure conditional formatting, create row rules or column rules, and set Replace Data to Text. See the figure below.

2. Hide the list header and card title. After saving, place the carousel table under the KPI card and configure filter linkage.
