Risk Operation Reminders

To ensure the availability and stability of BI services, please contact us in advance for assistance when encountering the following situations during your internal operations and maintenance:

1. Changing Server Internal IP

BI services require internal IP information for mutual calls. After changes, the cluster needs to be reinstalled and configurations modified to continue normal BI service usage.

Therefore, if changes are needed, please coordinate resources and arrange deployment work at least one day in advance.

2. Predictable Power Outages, Shutdowns, and Server Physical Restarts

Please inform us in advance to shut down services to avoid data loss or corruption due to abnormal shutdowns;

3. Server Configuration Upgrades and Maintenance

Including but not limited to CPU, memory and disk expansion, switching between physical servers and cloud servers.

Expansion on the original machine will involve modifying service parameters. Not modifying them will make the expansion ineffective.

Expansion on non-original machines may also involve data backup and migration, and system redeployment. Specific plans need to be communicated in advance.
