Batch Modify User Information

Batch modify user information can be achieved through: Administrator Settings - User Basic Attribute Management - Batch Settings - Batch Upload:

Step 1: Enter Administrator Settings - Select User Basic Attribute Management, click Batch Settings - Batch Upload;

Step 2: Download template table (the downloaded template table contains existing user information);

Step 3: Modify information in the table;

Step 4: Upload the modified table file to complete batch modification.

Notes:

  1. Allow uploading only parts that need modification and synchronizing.

For example, if there are 1000 users in the system, and 100 need modification, after downloading the template, you can filter out the 100 users that need modification in Excel, delete other users that don't need modification, then upload. This is allowed and will only modify the 100 uploaded users.

  1. User accounts are not allowed to be modified, because accounts are login information. If there are accounts in the modification table that don't exist in the system, it's equivalent to creating a new user. Batch settings don't support creating new users.
