Service Management

1. Overview of Service Management

Service management displays various service information during server operation, including: service list, restart records, and slow cards.

The service management function is only open to the main domain in the environment. Non-main domains cannot use the corresponding functions. If you need to adjust main domain-related settings, please contact Guanyuan Data technical support.

2. Instructions for Service Management

  • Service List: Displays the running status of various service types under the current status, and allows restarting specified service types;

  • Restart Records: Used to record restart operation information during use, including: service type, restart time, number of tasks;

  • Slow Cards: Cards with long running times during queries are marked as "slow queries" and scheduled to the slow card queue for execution, thereby improving overall analysis efficiency and ensuring platform performance stability.

    • Card Name (id): Corresponds to the original card title;

    • Page Name (id)/Path: Location of the card;

    • Owner: Person who set the card's permissions;

    • Marked Time: The time when the card was marked as a "slow card" during operation;

    • Running Duration: The time taken when the card finishes running.

Note: The slow query mark is removed after the card is saved.
