Service Management

Overview

Service Management displays service information during server operation, including the service list, restart records, and slow Cards.

The Service Management feature is available only in the primary domain of an environment. Non-primary domains cannot use this capability. If you need to adjust primary-domain settings, contact Guandata technical support.

Service Management

Service List

Displays the runtime status of different service types in the current system state and supports restarting specific service types.

Restart Records

Used to record restart operations during system use, including service type, restart time, and number of tasks.

Slow Cards

Cards with relatively long execution times during queries are marked as slow queries and scheduled into the slow Card queue for execution, improving overall analysis efficiency and helping maintain platform performance stability.

  • Card Name (ID): corresponds to the original Card title.
  • Page Name (ID) / Path: the location of the Card.
  • Owner: the person who configured the Card permissions.
  • Marked Time: the time when the Card was detected and marked as a slow Card during execution.
  • Execution Duration: the total time consumed when the Card finishes running.

Description

After the Card is saved, the slow query marker is removed.
