Form Management
Overview
Form Management supports creating, editing, deleting, and viewing forms, and allows you to configure form owners and submitters.
Detailed Operations
After a form is created, you can find it on the form list page. This page displays all form data that the current user is authorized to view.
Create a New Form
Click New Form in the upper-left corner to open the form design page. For details, see Form Entry - Form Design.

Bulk Move
Forms can be moved in bulk. Click Batch Move in the upper-left corner, select the forms to move, click Move To, and confirm the target location.

The Batch Move feature in Form Entry is controlled together with the New Folder feature toggle. A corresponding configuration item must be added on the server, and the form service must be restarted. You can schedule this with after-sales support or technical support.
Search Forms
Use the search bar to find folders and forms that you are authorized to view by keyword.

View Form Data
Click a form name to view the form data on the right. For more information about form data management, see Form Entry - Data Management.

Form Permissions
Click the settings button to the right of the form name. In Owner Management or Submitter Management, you can assign permissions to users or user groups.

Copy Form Links
Click the settings button to the right of the form name. In Copy Link, you can choose either a web link or a mobile link.
Form owners can view all submitted data. Form submitters can enter, submit, view, and modify the data they submitted. For details on form data permissions, see Form Entry - Data Management.

Save As and Move To
Click the settings button to the right of the form name to choose either Save As or Move To.
Save As: Keeps the source file and creates a new copy, which can then be renamed and stored.
Move To: Changes the storage location of the source file by moving it from one location to another.

Delete a Form
Click the settings button to the right of the form name, then click Delete and confirm to remove the form from the form list page.
