Form Entry-Feature Introduction
1. Overview
Form Entry (GuanForm) is a flexible and easy-to-use form building and data management tool launched by Guandata. It features flexible and simple form creation, comprehensive permission management, and supports both PC and mobile distribution.
- Form Entry supports the creation of simple data collection forms/questionnaires (supports two-level headers, does not support three or more levels);
- Form Entry helps enterprises collect, organize, and unify scattered data, promoting digitalization;
- Form Entry supports multi-channel collection on PC and mobile, and can be embedded in DingTalk, WeCom, self-developed apps, etc.;
- Data collected via Form Entry can be quickly processed and analyzed;
- Form Entry provides comprehensive permission management to ensure data security;
- Form Entry supports multi-language configuration, making it accessible to more overseas users.
Note:
Multi-language configuration: The translation information for the corresponding language environment needs to be pre-translated and configured in the Form Entry language file;
After the language file is translated and deployed, Form Entry will automatically follow the BI language switch without extra operations.
2. Application Scenarios
2.1 Collecting business data without a business system
When there is no business system, business data collection and maintenance often rely on Excel, which is cumbersome for notification, submission, and aggregation. For example, collecting order information from stores or supply chains. With Guandata Form, a single person can efficiently manage Excel templates, data collection, and aggregation in the backend.
2.2 Collecting event registration information inside and outside the company
No more asking one by one via DingTalk or WeChat—one form solves it all. Create form → send form → collect info, simple and efficient. Not just for registration, but for any one-time event data collection.
2.3 Conducting various surveys inside and outside the company
Quickly create and distribute surveys with forms, no need for printing or street distribution. Standardized data collection improves survey effectiveness.
2.4 Master data management for the company
If the company lacks standardized master data tools and databases, Form Entry can fill the gap, freeing master data from manual Excel maintenance, enabling automatic collection, timely updates, and scheduled maintenance.
Tip: This module is a value-added feature. For trial, please contact Guandata sales or your customer success manager.
