Operation Log

Overview

In the Operations Logs module, users can filter by a time range, up to 24 hours, and by different log types, and can also download the corresponding log files.

Usage Guide

Select the time range and log type, then search and download.

  • Server Logs: backend service component logs used to record the end-to-end execution of BI server processing for frontend requests and backend tasks.
  • Web Logs: frontend component logs used to record user operations in the BI system interface.
  • Spark Job Engine Logs: Spark computation engine component logs used to record execution of Spark compute tasks.
  • Nginx Logs: gateway proxy service logs used to record every request made by users when accessing the BI system.
  • PDF Export Service Logs: image and PDF export service component logs used to record export request execution.
  • Control Tower Logs: compute task distribution component logs used to record task assignment and task results.
  • Admin Logs: administrator backend service component logs used to record request execution from the administrator platform.
  • Survey Engine Logs: Form Entry service logs.
  • Patrol Inner BI Logs: data retrieval service component logs.
